For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Hi! My name is Truffles and I am a 2.5-year-old, 35 pound big baby in Jefferson, Ohio. A little about me... I love wrestling with my sister who is also a Frenchie, I am a couch potato when I don't catch those crazy Frenchie zoomies, I love to play with toys (especially my human 4-yr-old brother's even though I have a gazillion of my own 🤦♀️) and I love to chase things (especially cats!). I am definitely a boy even though I've been neutered because I am all about burping and farting. Oh, an according to everyone, I have *the best* Frenchie smile.
More from my mom...
Truffles is an excellent 2.5-year-old purebred Frenchie who does fantastic with female dogs but DOES NOT get along with males which is why we have to unfortunately rehome him. As with many male Frenchies, Truffles doesn't always understand the concept of pottying outside. He also will occasionally get ear infections that require deep cleaning by a vet or his ears will cauliflower out.
