Best Guess for Age:  1 year as of September 2024        SEX: Male

Approximate Weight:  15.5 lbs

Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen him with kids or cats but he can be tested. 

Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter; will come to the DC area

Toto is Looking For: Toto is scampering along the yellow brick road in search of his forever home! Sure, Dorothy and the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion and the Scarecrow have been interesting companions but he's over the whole crazy adventure. Tornadoes, witches - enough of that. And Dorothy wants to go back to Kansas, which means... risk of more tornadoes! So he just wants to come to the DC area to get more tame adventures - long sniffy walks, romps in the local parks, and adventures without flying monkeys. And a cushy dog bed and quality kibble. 

In exchange he promises adoring gazes and happy little butt wiggles and lots of love. What do you say? Can you see Toto trotting down there by your side?
