Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi there! I'm Jasper! Aren't I the cutest boy ever?! I'm super sweet, too! I was rescued by Beagle Freedom Project from an animal testing laboratory where I was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs and cats, too? Now that I'm free, I am a loving, silly, and playful boy! I love people and other dogs, despite everything that I've been through. I love walks and am a pretty active boy, so I will thrive in an active home! I am even already mostly potty trained. I have a bit of separation anxiety, but I know my adopter will help me work on that by showing me that they'll never abandon me. I get scared when people hold me due to the way that I was handled in the lab, but I LOVE to get pets and scratches. I'm hoping to find a loving home with another playful, younger dog that I can romp around with and humans that will cherish me and help me continue growing into the sweet boy that I am. Could that be you??
I'll be arriving in Los Angeles at the end of September and am hoping to find an adopter that can open their home to me at this time!
I would prefer a home that has: other dogs, a fenced yard, an active lifestyle, lots of love!
My location: LOS ANGELES, CA
If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/adopt/
Please email the Beagle Freedom Project Team with questions at: adopt@bfp.org.
