Hi there! I'm Cosmo, a sweet yet shy beagle boy. My life hasn't always been easy... until recently, I was living in an animal testing laboratory where I was forced to endure painful experiments. Many people don't know that animal testing involves experimentation on sweet and innocent dogs like me. Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I'm so happy to be free. Because of my past, I can be pretty shy at first, but I warm up to people once I feel safe. My true personality is still blossoming as I gain confidence and overcome my past! I feel most comfortable when I am surrounded by other friendly dogs, so I'll do best in a home with another young pup companion! I'm looking for a compassionate and understanding adopter that will be gentle with me as I learn what it's like to be loved. I'd also like a more active home because of my young age. Could you give me my forever home?
I'll be arriving in Los Angeles at the end of September and am hoping to find an adopter that can open their home to me at this time!
I would prefer a home that has: other dogs, lots of love!
My location: LOS ANGELES, CA
If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/adopt/
Please email the Beagle Freedom Project Team with questions at: adopt@bfp.org.
