Meet Miso! Through no fault of his own, Miso has found himself in the shelter and would love a new family. Miso barks a lot in his kennel, but once he`s outside, he turns into quite the cuddle bug! He is a great leash walker and would be a great hiking companion. Miso is smart! He knows and follows commands for `sit,` `come,` `down,` and `easy.` Like most pups, he appreciates tasty treats and retrieves them gently. He would rather interact with people than play with toys. Miso is house and crate-trained and has lived with other dogs. Come in and meet this sweet pup today!

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Come on in and find your new best friend! Walk through our kennels and find a pet that you're interested in.

2.

Submit Application

Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for any other dogs/cats in your home is required prior to meeting with any of our adoptable animals

3.

Meet the Pet

You will get the chance to meet in a private visitation room. Meet & greets are required for dogs

4.

Pay Fee

$110 for dogs. $75 for cats. The second fee is waived if two cats are adopted together. Includes spay/neuter, chip, and vaccines

5.

Take the Pet Home

Your new pet can go home once they are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and have received their rabies vaccination.
