My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET THE COOKIE CREW!

This adorable trio along with their mother were found living under a front porch in June, 2024. Mama cat did an excellent job weaning her boys and has lined up a cushy forever home of her own now that she's vetted and spayed. Now it's time for her three boys to land theirs!

Now around 12 weeks old, all have their own adorable personalities but all three are very snuggly, social and hilarious! They've even visited a busy adoption event and loved the attention of everyone wanting to say hi and hold them, children included. We have Cookies and cream (black and white) who is the most laid back and snuggly of the crew. While he'll partake in typical kitten shenanigans, he's also the quickest to snuggle up and take a nap. We also have Sugar Cookies (fawn) and Ginger Snap (orange) who are your stereotypical silly kittens who love to run, play, climb, etc. They'll keep you laughing all day long! The boys are currently in foster care with children, other cats and a dog. They would make a great addition to just about any home. All three kittens have been vetted including being vaccinated and neutered, and are litter box trained! Consider adopting one (or two)!

More about this rescue

Operating as an independent subsidiary of Citizens for a No-Kill Philadelphia, City of Elderly Love is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue dedicated to saving and enriching the lives of adoptable senior pets in the Philadelphia area. Utilizing volunteer foster homes, City of Elderly Love aims to rescue these animals from potential euthanasia at area animal shelters as well as prevent older animals from entering the shelter-system in the first place, when possible.
