My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

He is a chubby middle aged fellow whose owner passed away, leaving him in unsafe circumstances.

He has been doing well in foster phat camp and is now a trim 14.9lbs! Will you be Vinny’s second chance? He would be a great companion for an elderly person. He loves to sleep in bed with you and make biscuits right near your head! He loves all food and most treats. He answers to his name.

Vinny is approximately 7 years old. He is vetted, neutered and microchipped. He is big dog tolerant, and would be ok with older, calmer kids. He tolerated some cats, but he is a foodie not a fighter, so if the other cats become aggressive, he will not fight back. Vinny prefers a wide, or open top litter box.

Those interested must fill out an adoption application and do an initial meet for the pet once paperwork is reviewed.

Vet checks are required and pets must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Current cats must be FIV/FELV tested.

Typical turn around time is 3-5 days MAXIMUM for a response, typically within 24 hours.

Adoption donation is $135 each cats/kitten which includes exam, up to date vaccines, fiv/felv testing, deworming, flea/tick topical, spay/neuter and microchipping. Spay and Neuter is set up at 5-6 months of age. If pet is older that 5-6 months they will be altered prior to adoption.

More about this rescue

We are a small group of animal lovers who foster animals in our own homes. We rescue from feral colonies, strays and pull from high kill shelters to save lives. Our founder works at a vet and is very knowledgeable about animal care and all of our babies get the very best vet care possible. They are all family and treated as such.
