My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Estelle, the reigning queen of playtime and the ultimate toy enthusiast! If there's a toy in the house, you can bet Estelle will find it and turn it into her new best friend. Her passion for play is only matched by her love for being near you. She'll bring her toys to you, press them against you with all the excitement she can muster, and then flop onto her back for a full-on play session.

Estelle is a pro at following commands and is highly motivated by her toys, peanut butter, and cheese. She knows how to sit and give paw, and she's eager to learn more. She gets along well with most dogs, especially those around her own size.

Estelle is housebroken and free-roamed in her foster home with no accidents. She appreciates having company when she potties and enjoys a safe space to relax. If you're looking for a fun-loving, playful companion who thrives on toys and snuggles, Estelle is the one for you! Come meet her and see how she can bring joy and excitement into your life.

More about this shelter

With an open admission policy, a No-Kill philosophy, and more than 3,100 animals crossing our threshold each year, we have still maintained a 98% placement rate over the last 3 years.

This is an amazing feat for any organization…let alone one that takes in some of the most abused, injured and seriously ill animals imaginable.
