My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tigger VI (#6). This cutie arrived at the shelter in July, 2024. That’s about all we knew about this handsome guy! Don’t you love that pudgy face?

Tigger is super-friendly, very playful, and a total love-bug! He gets along with other cats, enjoys his outside catio, and would be purr-fect for any family! Our boy has been neutered and is up-to-date on required vaccines.

While we don’t know much about his past, YOU can help write his future! Contact Feline-Canine Friends for more information on Tigger VI

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

You must first fill out an adoption application. Please go to "Site Map" under the home tab and click on the "Forms and applications" tab to find an application. Allow 2-3 days for us to process your application A volunteer will contact you and arrange for you to meet the pet you have chosen to see if it is a good match. If all is well, you will sign an adoption contract, pay an adoption fee and you will have a new family member.

All cats are spayed and neutered as part of the adoption. They may be tested for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) for a fee of $15.

More about this rescue

Feline/Canine Friends (F/CF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. F/CF rescues, rehabilitates, re-homes and provides sanctuary for many cats including special-needs cats. Many of our special needs cats have FIV or FeLV; plus we have many ferals who have been given a new home and a new life.

We are an all-volunteer group dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals and educating people on the importance of spaying and neutering to control the pet population.
