Max is a sweet and playful boy with the goofiest grin. He is a typical hound that likes to use his nose and thrives with mental stimulation (loves walks and treat puzzles). Max would love a family who would take him on adventures whether it be walks around the neighborhood, a soccer game or a hike, he’s there.
He is a social butterfly and makes friends everywhere he goes. He loves playing with other dogs and has been fostered in a multi dog household. He would make a great candidate for doggy daycare. Though he has not met cats with his gentle disposition he would likely do well. Max has been fostered with young children and absolutely adored them. He happily accepts their affection and pets.
Max is a smart boy who is food motivated and eager to please. He is still working on his basic puppy manners, and would love a family who will continue his training. Max is house trained and generally signals when he needs to go outside. He can be vocal at first in the crate, but typically settles after a few minutes with a frozen kong. He is crated overnight and during the day when his foster family is at work.
Is this goofy guy your adventure buddy for life?
