My name is Pepper - VA!

Pepper is the sweetest little girl currently located in Virginia.  She was found abandoned with her puppies in the middle of nowhere.  She was starving but still taking care of her babies.

A nice lady found them, got them into her car and took them to the shelter.  Pepper was very underweight and in poor condition.  Her foster mom has been taking care of her and feeding her high quality food and Pepper looks so much better.

She is the sweetest little girl and so affectionate.  She is so happy and upbeat in spite of all that she has been through in her short life.  She is very smart and is a stellar student, learning obedience and very good with impulse control.  She is great at waiting at the door. She rides really well in the car.
