My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harper

Available for Adoption

Hello there! I'm Harper, a beautiful red-coated pup with soulful brown eyes that'll melt your heart in an instant. I recently made the journey from the vast lands of Texas to CARE, and let me tell you, it's been quite the adventure!

I'm a bundle of energy and playfulness, always ready for a good romp or a game of fetch. Being the smart cookie that I am, I'm eager to learn and absolutely love treats – they're the key to my heart and my quick learning!Don't let my puppy antics fool you though;

I'm also a world-class cuddler when it's time to wind down. Nothing beats a good snuggle session after a long walk or a fun play session with my favorite toys. I may be young, but I've got big dreams of finding my forever family. Even though I come from the rural South, I'm adapting wonderfully to city life. All these new sounds and sights? They just make me more curious and excited to explore!

So, if you're looking for a loyal, loving, and lively companion to grow with, I'm your girl. I promise to fill your days with wagging tails, puppy kisses, and endless love. Are you ready to be my forever family.

I have been spayed and microchipped and have had a full veterinary checkup and vaccines. My adoption fee is $325. For more information or if you would like to meet me, please fill out a foster survey at carenorthshore.org/dog-foster-survey

Dogs receive a Heartworm Check, Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Canine Flu Vaccine, deworming, and Kennel Cough preventative. Our modest adoption fees do not cover the procedures and vet work that we provide the animals. We fundraise to make up the difference. Any ongoing medical needs that C.A.R.E. is aware of are explained fully, (including daily medicine costs), to the potential adopter, and become the responsibility of the adopter.
