My name is Popeye!

Popeye is a 7 year old male
He weighs 14 pounds

Popeye came from a hoarder house. He is blind and deaf.
His tail starts the second he smells or feels someone near. He’s sweet and cuddly.
He’s good with other dogs and people. Young children that don’t know to let him gently know when they are close may not be best for him.
He has an open topped pen where he stays when people aren’t around. Other than that, he loves exploring the yard and house. He’s a wonderful and special boy who deserves tons of love for the rest of his life.
