My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes:
Casper is a lovely, friendly senior cat who warms up pretty quickly but can also be quite startled by loud noises and sudden movements. He loves pets-especially near his cheeks and around the front neck area-and being brushed. Sometimes, he will lay his head down on your hand and use it as a pillow. He also loves to lay down with me while I am working on my laptop or going to bed. He is super sweet and has become more vocal as time passes-not a huge amount, but more frequent than when he first arrived. He is such a couch potato and a napper, which is perfect for lazing around and enjoying the time together.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!

Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!

I am a sweet, social, older gentleman, looking for the perfect forever home!

I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.

I am looking for a home with a patient person.

Casper interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for cat parents with either an average amount of cat experience, demonstrate a basic understanding of typical cat behavior.
