My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We found Otter in a parking lot a year ago when he was a tiny kitten. He is the most playful little shadow but he terrorizes the 3 girls we have. I'm sure it's because he's not neutered yet. I wont be able to do it before rehoming so you know it has to be done. We will be housing challenged October and I can't keep him the little space we are all going to have to all share. He doesn't like to be held but loves to cuddle. His fur is so silky and doesnt shed. He is just the most perfect boy it makes me sad but it is crucial I find someone to love him or even just foster for 2 months. thanks
