Bubbles is full of love and is eager to find a quiet foster home where they can relax while they recover from an upper respiratory infection. Once feeling better, Bubbles will be scheduled for a dental procedure to extract some broken teeth and then will move forward to heartworm treatment.
Reason for Foster: URI; Awaiting Dental Surgery, Lameness of the hind, HW+
Foster Time Frame: 3 - 4 weeks
Foster Care Plan: Bubbles is currently undergoing treatment for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. There is a possibility that they are contagious to other animals, so we strongly recommend keeping them separated in a bedroom or bathroom away from your personal pets until they have fully recovered. They will go home with medication and we will provide supplies and a medical consultation at pickup so you are fully prepared to care for this sweetie. Bubbles is heartworm positive and is also experiencing lameness in the right hind, so it is important she be kept calm and her activity level be restricted to avoid any complications.
