Do you love sweater weather, pumpkin spice lattes, changing leaves and a slightly moody, cozy vibe? Is autumn your thing? Well, have we got the pup for you! Our Autumn is a striking beauty who simply can’t wait to get outta the shelter and FALL in love with her furever family! This sensitive sweetie has volunteer fans who are rooting for her to find an understanding home where she can relax and decompress from the stress of the shelter. Here’s what a couple of her volunteer fans have shared:
“I took beautiful Autumn out for a walk and a little time in the play yard today. She was very easy to leash- she sat nicely and waited. She was curious to explore on our walk. Once we got to the play yard, she sniffed around a little bit and happily accepted treats. This was my first time meeting her and she was understandably careful, but she did allow for gentle pets and at one point after exploring the yard she came over and sat down next to me and I pet her briefly before she continued her exploration. Autumn is a gorgeous, sweet girl who will surely open up in a patient and understanding home!”
“Autumn is nervous but very sweet. No issues leashing up and she walks well. As soon as she’s in the play yard with her kennelmate, she untucks her tail and starts running around. It`s so cute seeing her having fun.”
In playgroup at the shelter Autumn was overall social and tolerant of the other dogs. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit and will likely benefit from having another more confident pup to show her the ropes and help her settle into her future home. Cool evenings with a warm pup? We can’t think of anything better; come meet sweet Autumn today!
