My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Porky is a sweet pup who would love to spend some time in a foster home where he can gain weight and recover from some skin issues.

Reason for Foster: Alopecia/Scabby Skin; URI

Foster Time Frame: 2 weeks

Foster Care Plan: Porky is underweight, but eating well so we are hopeful he will begin to gain. He has some fur loss and scabby skin which are being treated with twice weekly medicated baths, and he is being treated for an upper respiratory infection. He is considered contagious so we recommend he be kept separately from other pets. He will go home with medication and we will provide supplies and a medical consultation at pickup so you are fully prepared to care for this sweetie.

I am available through our Foster to Adopt program. This program helps pets awaiting or under medical treatment be placed in with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If interested in fostering through our Foster to Adopt program, sign up to be a foster online and express your interest in Porky. We can schedule a pick up and meet and greet appointment. https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/
