My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Matty is a big old blockheaded beefcake who came to the shelter after a run in with a cactus. We didn’t see the other guy, but poor Matty was pretty beat up! He’s all better now and would love to find a home- here’s what some of his staff and volunteer friends have said:

“I met Matty for the first time today and he`s super sweet! He was easy to leash up- a little bit of a puller on leash but takes direction well. I brought him into the foster office to hang out for a bit and he was happy to walk around and meet everyone. He is extremely treat motivated.”

“Matty is a sweetheart. He did well with his kennelmate in the yard, but mostly just wanted was to relax and cuddle.”

Matty shares his kennel and has been easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Please ask to meet Matty today!
