Cooper was rescued from a hoarder where he lived with many other animals who were not well cared for. In spite of this, Cooper is very friendly with people and other dogs. He's a dream on leash and a cuddly couch potato. Cooper is in need of a loving foster home or even better, a "Furever" home.
