Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Maude is lovingly referred to as Maddie by her fosters. Maddie is the more brave and confident of the two sister, and she is willing to try things and explore more and warm up a bit quicker. Maddie came to us about a month after Hazel, and took less time to warm up to us here at her foster home. Maddie likes to be the boss and will let the other dogs know, as she likes to bark and initiate playing with them. She plays gently ,like Hazel does, but is more of an alpha than Hazel when she plays. However, Maddie listens very well to us and knows how to crate up, sit, and working on shake. Maddie likes to be in her crate when she is lounging around, as this is her safe spot. She likes to be in her crate when we are gone as well. Maddie is not aggressive in any way either, as she has been through as much as Hazel within our household with our dogs and kids. Maddie likes to chew on her toys and bones as well and likes to spend time outside with her sister! Maddie does have some health issues with her auto immune disorder, and is in need of someone to love on her just a bit more to help her live her best life. Currently she is on a few medications and will need to be on these the rest of her life as well as have a slightly customized diet to accommodate her health.
