Henrietta, is lovingly referred to as Hazel by her fosters! Hazel came to our foster care first while her sister, Maddie, was finishing up some medications and treatment at Border Tails. Hazel is the more apprehensive and cautious of the two sisters and will take more time to warm up to you. But, once she warms up and gets familiar with her environment, she becomes your best friend and wants to be where you are and loves to be pet and brushed! Hazel is a very kind, sweet, and a very tolerant dog! She is not bothered by commotion within the house of other barking dogs, playing dogs, kids playing and being loud or playing. She will just lay there and watch and sometimes she will join in with other dogs to play! Hazel likes to chew on her dog toys and bones and is fully potty trained. She likes to have a dog bed to lay on and does not chew on things she should not! He knows how to sit and we are working on shake. She can be very playful with other dogs and likes to wrestle with our 25lb sheltie/heeler mix! She is very gentle when playing and knows her boundaries! There have been no signs of any type of aggression with Hazel, and she has been through a lot of different scenarios and situations within our household with our dogs and kids.
