Howdy, My name is Rango and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 8 year-old, Male, Chihuahua mix who came to SB Humane to find a new home.

I am an older boy who lassos anyone's heart that comes my way! I can still have a darn-tootin' time but my age has caught up to me so I prefer some mild activities like walks and some trips the park or beach! I have lived with kids and did great. I have met other dogs and cats and did well but did not live with them. I am also potty trained!

Animals adopted from Santa Barbara Humane have been spayed/neutered, are current on vaccinations, and are microchipped. Adoptions include a complimentary health exam from a participating veterinarian, a starter bag of Purina food, and discounted dog training class fees.

All the supplies you need are available at SBH Retail Centers and sales help support our programs.

When you arrive, please stop by the front desk to meet with a counselor. Visitors are accompanied by staff or volunteers to keep our animals comfortable and minimize their stress.
