Meet Stronghold and her sisters! These girls came to ECCHA as a transfer and all are ready to find a loving home to call their own. Stronghold is named after one of the 2024 Kentucky Derby horses in honor of our Cat's Meow Event that is only a few short weeks away! Stronghold is only a puppy so be ready for that crazy puppy energy! She would benefit going to a household with another canine friend so she can learn from him/her, but we do not require that. Please practice a slow introduction if you have any animals at home. All puppies adopted from ECCHA come with a training requirement. This helps socialize your puppy to a variety of stimuli in a controlled environment. Stronghold is not yet spayed but will be up to date on her vaccinations and microchipped on her adoption day. Her adoption fee is $250 with a refundable $100 spay deposit. Please fill out an application to meet this sweet girl! Adopt, foster, educate, advocate!

Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
