Latte is a 9 week old male pit bull puppy. This sweet baby was dumped in the middle of the road along with another puppy. Thank goodness a good Samaritan called the police and the puppies were taken to a safe shelter.
He was filled with worms to the point that his belly looked like it was ready to explode. In addition, he was covered in fleas and malnourished.
Latte has settled in fast and is LOVING life in his foster home.
He loves other dogs and loves to play!
Amazingly, he is already catching on to potty training and is incredibly smart!
Unfortunately, it is believed that Latte may not have full hearing. It definitely doesn't slow him down, but it should be taken into consideration with his day to day life and training.
He is still learning that he isn’t going to starve anymore and that he will always have food. But for now he scarfs down his food as fast as possible so he gets several small meals a day as he continues to adjust.
We think a yard with a physical fence would be best for Latte’s safety but it is not a requirement. No invisible fences.
Applicant must be within an hour distance of the Cleveland area.

After the potential adopter is approved to adopt, the adopter is required to fill out an adoption agreement at the time of the adoption which clearly states all requirements and agreements between the adopter and Dogs Unlimited Rescue.

We conduct adoption events at Pet People in Woodmere and Hudson, OH as well as combine fundraisers with adoption events to promote Rescue efforts and recruit volunteers and donors.

Dogs Unlimited Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit 501(c)3 organization that is dedicated to educating the public and saving abused and neglected animals from an uncertain fate. Our organization rescues animals from high kill shelters, abuse or neglect cases, owner surrenders, and the breeding parents in Ohio puppy mills that would otherwise be inhumanely disposed of. We improved their lives by providing quality care and placement into permanent loving homes.
