Duchess was dropped off at my family's farm in Chattanooga. She had been living in the woods at the end of their drive where she had kittens which have been rehomed. I picked her up in July to get her spayed and rehomed. She has been fixed with two rounds of vaccines. We would keep her, however, she does not get along with our cats. She may be fine with a single or double cat household, but ours is multi-cat. She does amazing with our two cattle dogs.
She is the poster child for a tortoiseshell cat with lots of "tortitude". She's not shy and hasn't met a stranger she doesn't like. She loves to be petted and sit in your lap. She follows us around the house and is very chatty. She'll drop into your arms if directed. She's non-destructive and has excellent bathroom manners (no spaying, missing the litter box).
We want her to go to an indoor only house with someone who loves torties. Let me know if you'd like to meet her!
