Charlie is one of three kittens found in a local cat colony. Though she and her siblings came in at an older age than most kittens do from these projects, they were all too friendly to go back and brave the outdoors. She's the most adventurous of the three, with a paw that reaches out for attention every time someone stops in front of her cage.
