My name is Alberta!

This cute little sweetie is Alberta,  and she is one  of 9 babies from mama Dilley’s litter!  Alberta (female), her siblings,  and her mom came from a small town shelter in Texas. They made their way to Wisconsin in July when the puppies were just under 2 weeks old…and it is now soon time (Tuesday, 9/10) for them to head home to families of their very own! Alberta's mama  is listed as a rat terrier/chihuahua mix; she is small @ only around 20lbs. Alberta was born on 7/12/24 and currently weighs-in right around 6-7lbs. While we don’t know who the puppies’ dad is, but we think there maybe multiple fathers in this  litter and we expect most of the puppies to be bigger than their mama when they are fully grown-- with a best guess around 40 lbs.  (again, this is just an estimate!). She is your typical young puppy and so far has only known life with his mom + siblings, so will need LOTS of patience and consistency when it comes to both potty-training and crate-training. She is dog, cat, and kid-friendly!
