My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beacon is a sweet, adorable girl came into our care under truly sad circumstances: her former caretakers tossed her into the Petsmart with her paws taped up with packing tape. We don't know why that happened, but we immediately cleaned her up and found out she's a little trouper! She is now thriving in her foster home with her best friend and "brother" Spongebob and is back to being a typical happy, playful kitten! Beacon is fearless except when it comes to cages. She hates being in a cage, doesn't mind a carrier, but we think she may have been poked at in a cage before she came to us.

Spongebob is such a good egg. He is a real sweetie, a sensitive soul. Loves Beacon who he is currently being fostered with despite her diva ways. He is definitely a beta, and loves petting and attention. Still learning to trust humans, and we believe will someday be a lap cat. A shy adolescent, he’s very tolerant of his kitten “sister,” always allowing her to get the toy first. He enjoys chasing with her & snuggling at night. He’s dog interested—shows neither fear nor aggression. He's a very good boy.

Beacon is about 6 months old and Spongebob is maybe 7 mos. Both are spayed/neutered, microchipped, has tested FIV-/Felv-, up to date on vaccines, treated for parasites andready for a wonderful furrever home.

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.
