Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie is a fantastic pet. However, she is living with a problem called global anxiety. This condition makes her very unstable to live with other cats because she panics and gets aggressive. We brought her to a university-run behavioral medicine center (NC State Uni) to diagnose this issue. They prescribed Prozac and gabapentin. Although the drugs help alleviate the aggressive behavior, she can get triggered by the other cat's presence. Her condition surfaced when we rescued two cats several years ago. Until recently, we were able to give her alone time by creating separate spaces, etc. But we now have a toddler at home. I can't allow her to be around because she may attack the toddler, which would be mentally and physically devastating for the baby and us.

Although she is by far my favorite cat and will ever be, she will enjoy her life in a one-person (optimally) house with no other animals or kids.

She is a loving pet deserving of a home where she feels safe.
