Momma Kitty, a very affectionate and gentle 7-year-old cat, is in search of a forever home where she can receive the love and care she deserves. She promises to reciprocate by being a devoted companion!
Once a neighborhood stray, after being abandoned by her original owner, Momma Kitty was brought inside by her current guardian, who noticed she seemed unwell. Momma Kitty was diagnosed with feline leukemia, which means she must be the only cat in her new home or live with other cats that also have feline leukemia. She was also treated for a parasite but has recovered, and her weight has gone from 5 lbs. to a healthy 11 lbs.
Sadly, Momma Kitty's guardian recently moved to a memory care facility, and kind neighbors have been taking care of her while trying to rehome her. The need to find a new home for Momma Kitty has become urgent, as the house where she lives is being cleared out.
Despite the challenges of her past, Momma Kitty is incredibly loving and craves human interaction. She enjoys being petted more than anything! Momma Kitty has so much love to give and would make a wonderful companion for someone who can provide the care and attention she deserves.
