Meet Starling, a beautiful, brown striped Tabby who has a gentle and loving disposition. When we first received the call to help her, all we knew was that she may be pregnant... which she was.
Turns out she had been abandoned outside when her humans moved away, and she had been fending for herself, ever since. This included having multiple litters of kittens.
One of her canines had been broken so it was extracted at the vet office after her spay/termination. She's estimated to be around 5 years old and has become such a happy, content girl in her current foster home.
We don't know how she'd be around dogs but she does get along well with other cats... especially females. Starling's adoption will include her:

* De-worming,
* FVRCP vaccinations,
* Rabies vaccination,
* Combo-test (for FIV/FeLV = negative),
* Flea and mite treatment (with Revolution),
* Recent dental cleaning with extractions,

** We do not adopt out kittens or cats where they will be the only pet at home. Kittens rely on each other for emotional support and continued social and behavioral development. For example: another kitten or cat will teach them when they're playing too rough or biting too hard. Plus, cats and kittens get very lonely when you're not at home! Having a playmate will keep them happier, healthier and out of trouble. **We offer a discount when adopting a pair!

Their adoption process

Submit Application
Once you see a cat/kitten who's peaked your interest and/or tugged on your heart, you can send an email inquiry through the website.
2.
Interview
Once you've returned the completed application (via email), we follow up with a phone interview: at which time we set up a meet-n-greet.
3.
Home Check
If it's the right match for you, your family, and the animal, we would then conduct a home check; for any escape or safety hazards.
4.
Meet the Pet
Typically, we'd conduct the home ck prior to the meet-n-greet. That way, you can take the cat/kitten(s) home with you!

Pay Fee
Our adoption fee is $150 (unless otherwise stated), $250 for a pair.
