Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Snowflake is EXTREMELY affectionate and wants nothing more than TONS of attention and petting from her people. She will nip on occasion, either to get you to pay attention to her and pet her, or if she receives too much petting and gets overstimulated. But she does understand the word “no” and after repeated correction, she learns. What a cuddler! She enjoys crawling into bed with you for snuggles and nap time. This gorgeous girl would benefit from having a family with someone that is home all day so she does not get bored and does not feel alone. She doesn’t seem very keen on sharing her space with other cats and hasn’t been around dogs, so likely being an only pet to be queen of the castle will suit her best.

More about this rescue
We have created a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to eliminating cruelty, abuse and the overpopulation of animals. The Humane Society is committed to creating the awareness of animal rights throughout the Romeoville community by providing numerous animal welfare programs, including pet adoptions, humane education and cruelty investigations. ALL animals available for adoption are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, fecal tested, fiv/felv tested (cats only), heartworm tested (dogs only) and microchipped. It is the policy of the Romeoville Humane Society to spay or neuter all animals in its care in an effort to reduce the homeless pet population.
