Pip is a female adult gerbil estimated to be born sometime July 2023. She has been unsuccessfully bonded. We are not sure if she will be a single or will find her sole mate. Proof of proper habitat a must. She is located in Northeast section of Philadelphia. Adoption donation is 15.00 Please start with our online adoption application.
Gerbils are active, clever animals and friendly by nature. When accustomed to handling and handled properly, gerbils are gentle critters and seldom bite. Gerbils are best suited for older children who have learned proper handling techniques and can assist parents with some of the regular care responsibilities.
Gerbils have an average of 3 to 4 years and are active during all hours of the day. Gerbils hate being alone and love company, and do best when kept in same-sex groups.
