My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Vanessa is an adorable 4-year-old chihuahua weighing about 12 pounds. She's sweet, loving and gentle, quiet and non-destructive.

She gets along great with everyone she meets: dogs and cats. She's house trained and kennel trained in her foster home; happy-go-lucky and a joy to be around. While she's an indoor dog, she will also need a home with a nice, safely fenced yard to run and play in with her family. She is not suited for apartment/town home/condo or mobile home living. She walks well on the leash and rides nicely in the car. Her favorite foods are Caesar Filet Mignon and chicken breast.

If there are children in the home, she would prefer them to be at least 7 years old as they have impulse control.

Vanessa is spayed, fully vet checked, including comprehensive blood work, current on her vaccines and micro chipped. Her adoption fee is $300 which helps cover just a portion of these expenses.
