Chatty, playful, snuggly

Miss Magenta is such a fun, playful girl! She's very curious and wants to know everything about everything, especially if that something is a bag or box on the floor!

She loves playing so much that she'll bring her toys to you so you can join the fun. She's quite a chatterbox and will keep you informed about her thoughts on, well, everything! She also has the very cutest pink toe beans EVER!

Miss Magenta is being treated for ringworm but is already much better.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.

Step one:
Browse our available animals online. Our website has more details on every animal, including any known history with dogs, cats, and kids, as well as individual adoption fees. Visit https://www.austinpetsalive.org/adopt

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
