My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just like the enigmatic creature of lore, Nessie is known for her playful antics and mysterious abilities to appear and disappear at will. With her sleek black coat that resembles the depths of the Loch, Nessie is a sight to behold.

She's full of adventurous spirit and loves to explore her surroundings, just like the legendary creature roams the waters. If you're ready to welcome a little mystery and a whole lot of charm into your home, Nessie is the perfect feline to make waves in your heart!

Nessie is already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations! Adoption fee: $45.00

More about this shelter

The SEK Humane Society was started in 1973 with a very small building housing only around 20 dogs and cats. Now because of wonderful donations we have a bigger building and are able to house 90-95 dogs and 35-40 cats. We are a non-profit and are run on donations and a few grants. Our dedicated staff and volunteers have a deep passion for the homeless animals in our area and work hard everyday to help better their lives and educate the public.
