Skippy was found as a stray with another cat
ABOUT:
When Skippy first came to us, he was a bit shy, but once settled in, he is a big lover. He is adorable with his big fluffy tail. Skippy loves pets and affection from our volunteers. He is a laid back guy who is very affectionate.

He does great with his kitty roommate so we feel he would do well with other friendly cats. He has great litter box habits and a good appetite. He loves looking outside the window in his catio. This sweet boy would make a perfect addition to any household.

More about this rescue

Lulu’s Locker Rescue is a nonprofit, volunteer-run companion animal rescue working to bring to light the plight of black cats and dogs in shelters as well as the misconceptions surrounding FIV cats. We aim to lower the euthanasia rate of these animals by educating the public and providing foster care as we seek out permanent homes. We are committed to the protection of the misjudged and wrongly stereotyped through compassion and respect, which we believe both animals and human beings deserve.

We are based out of Frankfort, IL, and rescue cats and dogs in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
