Even though RC is blind, he is such a happy character and so friendly. He is a beautiful cream Chow Chow looking for his forever home. He is very sweet and loving. His perfect home would be with another female dog or even by himself. Cats are ok too. He would do best in a home with experience in caring for blind dogs.
