My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maverick is a fun-loving kitty that is always looking for the next adventure.  She is sweet and has a great purr.  She likes to play, play, play and is a Type A for ADVENTURE!  She is happy to play with her kitty friends and has lived in her foster home with all ages of kitties and is respectful and chill with them.  When it's nap time though, she comes right up to you purring away and ready for affection.  She loves pets and affection and is a side-saddle snuggler.  She loves to suckle her soft blankie every night, next to her foster.  She does great with the 60 lbs. dogs in the house, too. She would be happy in any configuration of household that is on the calmer side.

Adoption fee $300.

Currently in a foster home, you can set up a day to come meet this kitty (on Saturdays during adoption event hours). Please give us at least a week's notice via wtfnapa@gmail.com or (707) 258-2287 so our volunteers have time to answer messages and get back to you. Thank you!

Cats/kittens come spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and more with an adoption fee/donation to Whiskers, Tails and Ferals in Napa, CA. See more information at http://whiskerstailsandferals.org/.

More about this rescue

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
