Meet Merle! This handsome charmer strutted into the shelter on April 8, 2024, and it didn’t take him long to win everyone over with his boundless joy and captivating personality. In just a day, Merle lit up the place, soaking up treats and attention like a true superstar. And when the camera comes out, Merle turns into a natural model—striking poses that make every shot look like it belongs in a magazine!

Merle’s charisma is undeniable, and he’s quickly become a favorite among volunteers. His charm has no limits, but as much as he brightens the shelter, Merle really needs a home to help him thrive. The longer he stays, the more he withdraws, making it clear that a family is what he truly needs.

Merle is fully up-to-date on his vaccines, and though he tested positive for Lyme disease, he’s been given a full course of Doxycycline and vaccinated for added protection. Now, all he needs is a cozy, loving home where he can feel safe and secure.
