Herbert is a 1 year old collie .He weighs about 35 pounds .He was found as a stray on the side of the road out in Tennessee.He was all skin and bones .He is very Sweet,Friendly and Puppy playful .He is also housetrained .Herbert Wants a family to love him and call his own.He would love to have a nice size fenced in yard to run around and play and do his business .If you are interested in meeting Herbert to make him apart of your family .Please visit our website
