My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poptart is rumored to be an escape artist, but so far he is with us still. It may just take a bit of attention to de tare his tendencies. He now is coming off calming drugs, and is looking to be a GREAT dog. He has calmed down (naturally) and is coming out of his shell. Calming drugs are not always the answer. For him it would be a good change if he could get in some walks, attention and maybe kids to keep him occupied. Drugs only hold your body prison (calm) , but not his mind, hence the frantic look he had. The look is gone. He does not like his pen, but that is normal, he been crated A LOT. But since the pen is bigger he only gives a little struggle when put in, but after the door is closed he goes eats his treats and chews in his rawhide. Come and have a look at Poptart, he is a sweet one! Ark Rescue dogs are available for adoption to homes in the Alabama and Tennessee Valley area only. We do require a secure fenced-in yard to adopt our larger dogs.November 2, 2024, 10:16 am
