Hi my name is Chipper, if you are looking for a playful happy dog, that would be me. I am very affectionate and love to play. Well I also love to eat and are all together a happy dog. Someone dumped me at the Ark, 'not that I am complaining'. I have found the perfect hotel to stay until you come and rescue me. They deliver food, fresh bed and water, including yard time every day.
