**Hi there! My name is Fernwood!**

I’m a 1-year-old male boxer mix, and I’ve already had quite the adventure. My previous owners moved away and left me and my sister with a kind, disabled neighbor who tried to take care of us. He thought it would only be for a little while, but our owners never came back. After some time, we decided to go exploring and ended up at a cemetery, which is where animal control found us.

I’ve got a slight injury to my paw, but don’t worry—I'm still a super happy boy! I’m sweet as can be and really grateful to finally be indoors, even if the shelter is a little scary sometimes. Now, I’m on the lookout for my forever home, where I can be safe, loved, and have plenty of room to run and play. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, I’m your guy!
