Interview
Hi I'm Roscoe!
Aside from being impressed with how handsome I am, I bet you're wondering what my name means - well, here's what that Gooble searchie thing says: "Roscoe is a popular name for dogs, as it reflects a loyal and devoted personality. This name is often associated with a strong bond between owner and pet, and is perfect for a dog that loves to be around its owner. The name Roscoe is also associated with intelligence and wit." How about that - that's pretty spot on description for what a great guy I am!
And to go along with all that, I'm a healthy and energetic year and a half old 50 pound bundle of pure playfulness! I haven't quite mastered how to control all of my energy just yet, but I'm working really hard learning from the Ark volunteers! I'd love to have a family who can work with me to help me keep learning and give me lots of playtime too!
When I arrived at the Ark, we played the 'guess what breed I am' game, the most guesses were that I'm a Black Lab mix, but I know that's just a guess - I know what I am, I'm a Purebred Mix-Breed!!
**Ark Rescue dogs are available for adoption to homes in the Alabama and Tennessee Valley area only. We do require a secure fenced-in yard to adopt our larger dogs.
