Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Chinook is chill! He is a relaxed and contented guy who purrs away while you scratch his belly. He likes being petted and receiving loving attention, and especially loves being cuddled like a cute plush stuffie!
Chinook warms up quickly! He is good with adults, teenagers, and older kids; since he is so gentle we expect he would be good with younger kids, too. When Chinook has had enough petting he'll just walk away, no drama, and settles down somewhere for a quiet snooze.
Chinook lets the resident dog in his foster home sniff and lick him; no problem! He was around a couple of adult cats for a while, and was respectful with them, giving them their space.
Though he prefer pets, snuggling, and looking out the window, Chinook will get playful and curious now and then. He likes to explore the house, climb up on shelves, and hide in nooks. And if he should climb on something you don't want him to, simply say NO, and this smart boy will stop!
Chinook has really bold and beautiful brown tabby stripes, a raccoon-like tail, and the cutest nose ever - zoom into his photos and you will agree!
He is such an easy-going guy that we think he must have had a loving home in his previous life. Contact us today to give him the forever loving home of his dreams! He's a GREAT cat.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
