My story

This gentle girl is just 2 years old and on the smaller side, weighing under 50 lbs. When meeting new friends, both human and canine, Lina can be a bit shy at first. But give her a few minutes and some gentle encouragement, and she`ll warm up to you in no time! She loves to go for walks on leash and is even learning basic commands like sit. Lina often likes to do her own thing, exploring the yard and doing some sniffing, but also enjoys getting affection and cuddles from her human pals.

Lina is at risk for euthanasia due to the current shelter capacity. Currently the shelter is above capacity to adequately house and care for animals. Lina has been in shelter for over 30 days and would benefit from individualized attention with a foster, adopter or rescue partner

Come visit us and meet our wonderful adoptable pets! All adoptions are first come, first serve. All pets in the shelter must be adopted in person at 1818 North Westmoreland Road.

You must be 18 years-old to adopt a pet.

When picking up your new pet, please bring your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.
