HARTSVILLE, TENN - Higgins - Bichon-Poodle mix - Male 2 years old IS Neutered/UTD 09/11/24. He was dumped at a grooming salon by someone who didnt want him anymore. He is sweet and lonely. He is being cared from by a foster, but he needs his own home. HE DOES LOVE HIS OTHER FOSTER FRIEND THAT IS HIS IS SIZE. NEEDS A HOME WITH OTHER FRIENDLY DOGS. Higgins is looking for a home that has experience with these amazing little dogs with giant personality. HE IS FREE TO A GREAT HOME.
