What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Gandalf is a friendly but shy cat who bonds with one person at a time. He’s super snuggly with his person and loves to sit on your lap and sleep in bed. He's very vocal and loves to meow and purr. He can never get enough pets and love. He gets along well with other cats and small animals, but not dogs. He has a history of aggression with dogs and will not be adopted out to anyone with dogs in their home.
Gandalf suffers from cardiomyopathy and takes medication daily, given via an oral syringe. His medication makes him very thirsty and urinate a lot, he is litter box trained. His cardiomyopathy causes him to be unable to be anesthetized, meaning he is not neutered, and can not be. However ive only known him to spray when under extreme stress. He is very well behaved. He does not scratch furniture.
I love this cat dearly and want to see him go to a good and loving home. I have to part with him due to the stress that my dog causes him and I know he deserves to be in a stress free home
